 Each Duoyes outdoor product, verified durable,stylish and admirable comfort, does benefit from its materials/fabrics and finishing used, which is attributed to the Interaction of Function and Sensation, a Philosophy, called by Duoyes as ‘Harmony’, carried out. These materials/fabrics include:

 

*Rattan/Wicker (a hand-woven Synthetic Fiber) and Sling

*Fabric Padded (for Finishing or Cushions)

*Metal Frame (mainly in Aluminum or Steel)

*Glass/Enamel/Marble/PS plate (main for Table Top)

Rattan/Wicker and Sling

Duoyes Wicker is actually synthetic material, made of Polyethylene,i.e.a High-Density Thermoplastic Resin(HDPE), which features: Excellent Heat/Cold Resistance, Weatherproof, to temperatures between -30 and +65 degrees, ideal for outdoor environment; High Rigidity and Tenacity; Good Mechanical Strength; Preferable Hardness, Creep than LDPE; Fine Wear Resistance, for a prolonged lifetime; Electrical Insulation; Great Chemical Stability, insoluble in any organic solvents at ambient temperature; Corrosion Resistance to Acids, Alkalis, and Various Salts; Waterproof, accessible for Pool/Beach applications; Sunlights Resistance, UV tests performed, excellent for all applications outdoor.

 

Duoyes Sling is a synthetic fabric consisting of PVC-Polyvinyl Chloride(50%),PP-Polypropylene(30%) and PES-Polyster(20%),in robust fibers,which features great Regidity/Tenacity/Hardness,maximum resistance to UV rays or severe weather,waterproof,as well as definite elasticity to ensure the most comfort delivered by each Duoyes Sling product.

 

Rattan

 

Fabric Padded

Padded fabrics are widely used in Duoyes synthetic wicker outdoor furniture. We are very proud to have chosen the right materials, colors, and patterns to interpret the ‘Outdoors’ icon. Basically, these fabric padded is in Polyester 100%, Spun Polyester, or Polypropylene(PP) 100%.

 

Polyester - a synthetic fiber of polymer, consisting mainly of polyethylene terephthalate, which has features such as anti-wrinkle, durable, waterproof, UV resistance, and ideal elasticity for better relaxation.

 

Polypropylene - a recyclable thermoplastic polymer, features as ideal Lightweight, Soft, excellent Strength, preferable Elasticity, Corrosion Resistance, Electrical/Thermal Insulation, Dirt-Resistance, easy to clean, and Anti-Pilling.

Frame

All Duoyes outdoor products, benefiting from their robust metal frames, offer a comfortable and durable experience by ergonomics design, to replace the conventional mechanisms with flexing and adaptive principles. here Metal mainly refers to steel frame patio furniture and aluminum frame outdoor furniture, with a powder-coated process.

 

Steel

Iron and Carbon Alloy, with a Carbon content of less than 2%, Duoyes’ Steel has great plasticity, tenacity, and definite strength. Duoyes’ Aluminum material, benefiting from its unique powder coating, features much exquisite surface,anti-corrosion, weatherproof, and UV resistance. of course, Eco-friendly as well! so they are the very first and most requested metal for our outdoor frames/structures.

 

Table Top

Minimalist Style, an illumination of Aesthetics and Ergonomics, is merged into every detail of Duoyes outdoor wicker table with glass top, much more than the compact design, soft edges, or slim tops, and make them a perfect choice for any outdoor space, as well as matching effortlessly with Duoyes Seatings.

 

Our essential material available for Table Top are Glass(reinforced),Enamel,Marble and PS Plate.

 

Glass

Duoyes Tempered Glass(in regular thickness as 5mm/6mm/8mm)is a reinforced glass that features higher mechanical strength, greater elasticity, better thermal stability, and doubtlessly, more security than ordinary glass as well.

 

Enamel

Duoyes Enamel Top, to be more exact, is an enameled Glass Top. thanks to its unique finishing, not only does our top feature much Stronger, Wearable, Waterproof, Corrosion/Alkalis, and UV Resistance, but also a gorgeous surface presents!

 

Marble

Marble, a natural stone with distinctive textures, is well known for its stability in Chemical and Physical properties. Duoyes provide a regular material thickness of 20mm for tops.

 

PS Plate

Polystyrene, a thermoplastic, is the essential content for this top material. The regular thickness available are, Duoyes PS plates,13mm and 15mm.
